Amy Reid

Amy Reid is a communications officer with a focus on advocacy implementation and strategy. At PMNCH she works under the knowledge synthesis team to create, implement, and contextualize data and advocacy materials to support women’s, children’s and adolescent’s health.

Prior to joining PMNCH, Amy worked as a Digital Officer for COVID-19 Response at The World Health Organization, and led on digital tools and solutions for WHO’s website in response to the pandemic and other global health emergencies.

With expertise in global health campaigns, Amy also served as a Communications Officer for the WHO's Antimicrobial Resistance Division and has experience in managing communications, media relations for The Permanent Mission of the United Kingdom to the United Nations and the CITES Secretariat, hosted by UN Environment.

Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Media and Communications and is currently pursuing further studies in data science.
