Biography

Jennifer Requejo is currently a Senior Advisor in the Data, Analytics and Innovation Unit within the Division of Analytics, Planning and Monitoring at the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) headquarters in New York City. Her specific role is to serve as the lead on health and HIV, coordinating the activities of the immunization, HIV and maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health teams and contributing substantively to UNICEF’s efforts to help countries achieve universal health coverage. Prior to joining UNICEF, Jennifer served as an Associate Scientist at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and as the Deputy Director of Countdown to 2030 for Women’s, Children’s and Adolescents’ Health. She has considerable expertise in the areas of monitoring and evaluation, measurement and accountability.
