Biography

Kadi Toure is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in advocacy, communications, strategy, partnership coordination and programme management, in the field of global health. Trained in economics, political science and gender, development and globalization, Kadi brings her passion for justice and experience driving positive change in multiple organizations to PMNCH.

Currently serving as the Team Lead for Communications and Advocacy, Kadi manages PMNCH’s efforts to raise awareness of the general public on issues related to women’s, children’s and adolescents’ health, equip partners and key stakeholders with the required information and skills to address issues related to sexual, reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health in their work; and to stimulate policy discussions on these key issues.

Prior to working at PMNCH Kadi was the Programme Manager for the WHO Department for Gender Equality, Human Rights and Health Equity and Diversity. Kadi also worked at Team Lead for Campaigns and Outreach at PMNCH, Coordinator of the GFF Civil Society Coordinating Group, and Lead for Parliamentary and civil society engagement for the WHO Financing Campaign among others.
