Kadi Toure

Leads PMNCH’s global advocacy and strategic communications work and its engagement across the Africa region. She serves as focal point for the Global Leaders Network, oversees PMNCH’s NGO Constituency, and manages the United MNCH Advocacy Working Group, bringing together more than 80 organizations around aligned advocacy.

She has more than 18 years of experience in global health, spanning advocacy and communications, policy and program management, partnerships, health financing, capacity strengthening, gender equality, human rights and health equity.

Prior to her current role, Kadi served as Programme Manager in WHO’s Department of Gender Equality, Human Rights and Health Equity, where she led development of the WHO Secretariat Roadmap on Gender Equality, Human Rights and Health Equity 2023–2030. Across earlier roles with WHO and PMNCH, she has led global advocacy campaigns and built civil society and parliamentary networks to advance sexual, reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health and rights.
