Nebojsa Novcic

Nebojsa is an experienced economist, institutional and governance expert, and project manager. He has more than 20 years’ relevant experience in successfully delivering health, infrastructure and agriculture/food security projects.

At PMNCH since 2012, Nebojsa is the Team Lead for Operations, managing PMNCH’s strategy and workplan development, resource mobilisation and stakeholder / governance engagement. He has worked on investment cases and economic analyses, drafting of analytical reports and presentations, managing accountability processes, and interacting with global and national leaders.

Prior to joining the Partnership, Nebojsa was an economic development consultant. He holds a first-class degree from the University of Exeter, UK, and a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge, UK.
