Nellah Ndaka is a young researcher and professional in policy, global health and international affairs. Her work spans from strategically advising the European Commission to conducting research in global emerging trends in tech and policy. Nellah supported policy recommendations to foster sustainable implementation of African Union-European Union health systems priorities, by mainstreaming research and innovation in Africa-Europe cooperation. Her interests lie in the intersection of research, policy and practice, often deliberating on the communication gap between academics and policymakers across diverse sectors, at multiple levels.
Nellah has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Sciences Po, Paris, France. She combines her expertise in humanities, social sciences and public policy to allow her to understand and transform society. In addition, her exchange experience at Carleton University in Women's and Gender Studies in Ottawa, Canada cemented her determination to use intersectional approaches in her work, championing the protection of human rights in health in Kenya. Nellah seeks to understand and implement inclusive and sustainable solutions for the global health challenges.
