Pierre-Yves Berclaz, Ferring Pharmaceuticals

Pierre-Yves joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals in 2023 and he is currently the Chief Science and Medical Officer.

Pierre-Yves previously held executive and senior leadership positions in research, medical and clinical development at Eli Lilly and Merck KGaA. ​ ​ Before joining the pharmaceutical industry, he held the position of Assistant Professor at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, USA.

​ Pierre-Yves has an M.D. degree from University of Lausanne, Switzerland and with a specialty in Pediatric Pulmonary Medicine and a Ph.D. in Molecular and Developmental Biology from Cincinnati University, USA.​
