Renée de Jong is a Global Health Professional who joined PMNCH in support of the Global Forum for Adolescents 2023 and #1point8 Billion Young People for Change Campaign.
Prior to her work at PMNCH she worked for the Scaling Up Nutrition Movement Secretariat (UNOPS) multi-stakeholder partnership, supporting advocacy, political affairs and youth engagement and functioned as the secretariat for the SUN Movement’s Executive Committee and high-level SUN Movement Lead Group. Before that, she was a Global Health Advocate at the Wemos Foundation advocating for health systems financing as well as environmental health issues.
Renée holds and MSc in Global Health and Healthcare Policy Innovation and Management from Maastricht University and a bachelor in European Public Health. During her studies she did research and work in Myanmar, Madagascar and Colombia.
