Biography

Mrs. Roli Singh is presently Additional Secretary and Mission Director at the National Health Mission in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, of Government of India

Alumnus of Welham Girls School and Lady Sriram College, from where she graduated in History, Mrs. Singh holds Master’s Degree in Public Management and Governance from the London School of Economics.  She belongs to the 1994 batch of the IAS, Rajasthan Cadre

In her vast career spanning almost 28 years in the Civil Services, she has worked across various sectors including Health, Medical Education, Women and Child Welfare.  Besides, she has held important positions in the Department of Personnel & Training, the HR and capacity building wing of the Government, both at the State and the Central Government at the middle and higher management levels.  She has also held faculty position at the premier Civil Services Training Institution, Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration – Mussoorie.  Her area of interests includes Public Service Delivery and the Regulatory institutional architecture.  She is also an avid reader and enjoys gardening.
