#YouthForCSE Live Panel

The #YouthForCSE panel is a virtual event put on by Youth Coalition for Sexual and Reproductive Rights as well as the International Youth Alliance for Family Planning Canada. The two organizations previously collaborated together to develop a global report on the state of comprehensive sexuality education.

Young people are demanding access to comprehensive sexuality education now more than ever. Youth have continually noted that current efforts to include sexuality education, especially within school curricula, are insufficient. As two youth-led organizations, we know that young people know best about what they want to learn, how they want to learn, and who they want to learn from. We know that there are countless young people across the globe who are changemakers in their own right. Therefore, as a result of our global report and its subsequent findings that young people are creating a shift within SRHR spaces, we wanted to hold an event to gather several young people together to talk about successes, challenges, and takeaways for comprehensive sexuality education in your respective regions.

The event will feature keynote speakers from different regions of the world passionate about comprehensive sexuality education and willing to share their experiences working with young people.
