Led by diverse youth experts in the climate and health movement, this session at the COP27 Children and Youth Pavilion will explore how climate change impacts health directly and indirectly. Focusing on the different contexts of the oppression that marginalised people face, panellists will share best practices and demonstrate concrete solutions that young people are leading to adapt and mitigate to the harms of climate change on people’s health, including systemic solutions that impact health outcomes such as a Global Green New Deal and Fossil Fuels Non-proliferation treaty.
