Join us for our upcoming webinar on, "Compensating Youth Work," from our 3-part Action Learning Series. Through open discussions, we will explore strategies for compensating youth for their time and efforts, addressing the challenges of stress and burnout associated with unpaid roles. Additionally, we will discuss processes and forms of compensation and examine how to advocate for fair compensation across organizations. Our aim is to tackle the critical issue of equitable compensation for youth engagement within the Adolescent and Youth Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (AYSRHR) field. We will also provide a variety of accessible tools and resources that can benefit organisations working with young people in the broader field of Global Health and Development.
