We are excited to invite you to "Tools for advancing maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) advocacy and accountability from subnational to global levels,” the second in our series of Africa regional MNCH advocacy dialogues.

As the world approaches critical global health milestones, African countries led the way on a resolution passed during the 77th World Health Assembly to accelerate progress on reducing maternal, newborn, and child mortality.

It is essential that all commitments are kept and progress is realized, but to do so we must overcome the key challenge of effectively tracking these commitments and translating them into actionable outcomes. In this session, we will highlight tools advocates can use at all levels to inform and enhance their work.

Session objectives:

  • Understand different tools for advancing MNCH-related advocacy and accountability from subnational to global levels.
  • Strengthen alignment on advocacy priorities and coordination of advocacy partners in Africa to improve MNCH outcomes across the continent.

This dialogue will be split across two sessions with each covering different tools available to support MNCH advocacy. We hope you'll be able to join us for both, but feel free to join for just one as well.
