About the prsenters

Emily Stammer is a senior research, monitoring, and evaluation advisor with more than 15 years of experience working in academic and program-focused settings. Her experience focuses on monitoring and evaluation of reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health programs using innovative mixed methods and adaptive approaches. Emily currently works for JSI, which is a core partner on the USAID-funded MOMENTUM Knowledge Accelerator project.

Caitlin Madevu-Matson leads monitoring, evaluation, and learning for the Country Health Information Systems and Data Use (CHISU) program at JSI. She has over 15 years of experience providing technical assistance in monitoring and evaluation to a range of global health technical areas including HIV, digital health, sexual and reproductive health, and health systems strengthening.
