This guidance document highlights the challenges faced by migrants and internally displaced population when it comes to accessing healthcare such as a lack of information, cultural barriers, xenophobia, and cost. The guidance stresses on the importance of international support to ensure that governments include services for migrants and internally displaced populations. The guidance also recommends that countries with strict travel restrictions do not prevent people to escape in case of conflict.
