Overview
The following document summarizes and analyzes the strategies and practices that are being employed to support the more marginalized young learners including those in remote areas, those without internet access, indigenous and refugee’s children, girls and those with special needs. It also recommends strategies to parliamentarians, governments and UNICEF country offices to ensure that these vulnerable groups have access to continued education during the pandemic.
