This document provides guidance to governments, policymakers, international organizations on the continuity of learning while schools remain closed based on key lessons from global COVID-19 education response experiences. It also shows the main challenges of distance learning in low- and no-tech populations and provides key solutions to ensure remote learning in these settings and guarantee inclusiveness.
