For many of us, these past months of quarantine have been very difficult. The stress and uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 pandemic has affected our well-being, relationships, employment, education, and nearly all other aspects of life. Even as the world begins to reopen, fears of a second wave loom over, casting further doubt on when — or if — we can go back to our life as we knew it.
