The government of Nigeria and UNICEF initiated the COVID-19 innovation challenge, a platform that provides awareness to youth and adolescents and motivates them to think of innovative solutions to face and mitigate the pandemic while giving them cash prizes, opportunities to develop future-ready employability skills, mentorship opportunities and connecting them with potential job opportunities.
