Members of the PMNCH Health-Care Professional Associations (HCPA) constituency play a vital and active role in the delivery of field of sexual, reproductive, maternal, newborn, child and adolescent health (SRMNCAH) care and services in all settings. Given their critical role on the front lines, the HCPA organizations have a unique role in identifying and supporting advocacy efforts for critical issues and challenges being faced in women’s, children’s and adolescents’ health (WCAH).

PMNCH’s HCPA Constituency members have expertise along the entire continuum of care, and play a critical role in delivering informed, practical and evidence-based leadership in healthcare delivery making them key advocates for quality, equity and dignity in health services for WCAH. HCPA’s actively contribute to the brokering knowledge, engaging with key partners and networks and provide critical direction and voices to ensure success of campaigns for better services, policies and investment in WCAH. HCPAs play a crucial role in promoting accountability and support cross-sectoral collaborations for safe, respectful and efficient healthcare services for WCAH. The HCPA constituency membership includes leaders from all global HCPA organizations across cadres who bring with them a host of established networks and relationships at community, country, regional and global levels.  The transformative power of PMNCH’s HCPA constituency comes from the joint HCPA organization collaboration to provide a strong, unified voice for the betterment of health and wellbeing for WCAH.
